CURBSIDE PICKUP FAQ’S

IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL MEAT ORDERS, DELI CHRISTMAS MENU ORDERS OR BAKERY ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS PLEASE MAKE

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please visit www.shopkramerfoods.com to place an order or email us your order at shop@kramerfoods.com (please include phone number). We cannot take phone orders at this time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Orders placed at www.shopkramerfoods.com will be ready by your scheduled time and you will receive a text message when your order is ready.

If you emailed an order we will respond with an estimated time. If you email us by noon we should be able to get it done same day.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you would like to make additions to your order you can. Start a new order and when you get to select pickup times you will be able to find your already scheduled pickup time and this will allow you to add your items to your order.

If you would like to remove items please email us at shop@kramerfoods.com

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Please give us 24 hour notice if possible as we fill some orders earlier in the day. Email us at shop@kramerfoods.com

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?

When your order is ready you will receive a text notification if it was an online order or a phone call if you emailed your order.

WHERE DO I PICKUP MY ORDER?

Please pull up in front of the store. Call us when you arrive at 630-323-0135 ext 0 and we will bring your order out to you.

IS THERE A FEE?

There is a small $5 service fee for all orders.

IS THERE AN ORDER MINIMUM?

No, yet there is a $5 service charge for any size order.

WHAT PICKUP TIMES ARE AVAILABLE?

Times are available on our shopping website Monday - Friday between 12 and 6. If those times do not work for you email us at shop@kramerfoods.com and we can help.
